This is a more specialized massage that incorporates deep pressure, stretching, tools, heat, and topical aids, to get to the root of the problem addressing deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

Vibration, friction, pressure, and stretching, are applied to manipulated tissue encouraging movement, circulation, and re-hydration. Deep therapeutic work can increase speed and potential healing in new & old injuries.

Due to the nature of the massage and level of detail, it is unlikely to get a full-body massage out of this session. We will typically focus primarily on one region of the body (where it hurts + supporting areas that might be contributing)
